{Menu Plan: Feb 24th-2nd}

{Breakfast}

Breakfast is usually eggs, yogurt, or pancakes. Time for something new!

Lemon Poppyseed Muffins

Crockpot Pumpkin Oatmeal

{I went a little crazy stocking up on pumpkin during the holidays…still trying to use it up!}

{Snacks}

Low Carb Cookie Dough Dip

Thin Mint Milkshake

Flourless Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

{Lunches}

Our lunches are usually leftovers, sandwiches, or salad in a jar. I an attempt to change things up a bit am going to try a new lunch friendly recipe every week…

Pretzel Dog

…this looks like something Ori and Alex would like! 😀

{Dinners}

I get easily overwhelmed trying to plan menus; sticking to a theme helps me narrow down the recipe search!

I am trying to go easy on the meat since hecshered meat is so expensive!

Friday nights are special since it’s Erev Shabbat! I either take requests or plan something based on the Torah portion (thanks mom for the inspiration!).

Mexican Monday – Chicken Tortilla Soup

Turkish Tuesday – Salad, Hummus Platter

Western Wednesday – Southwest Chicken Salad with Avocado Dressing

Thai Thursday – Quinoa Veggie Fried Rice, Veggie Spring Rolls

Favorites Friday – Salmon,  Pomegranate Quinoa Salad,  Pomegranate Cheesecake

Single Dish Saturday – Penne With Butternut Squash and Sage, Homemade Sourdough Breadsticks

Seafood Sunday – Grilled Tilapia, Green Beans and Cheese, Roasted Red Potatoes

Shalom,

Maayan
