I get easily overwhelmed trying to plan menus; sticking to a theme helps me narrow down the recipe search!

I am trying to go easy on the meat since hecshered meat is so expensive!

Friday nights are special since it’s Erev Shabbat! I either take requests or plan something based on the Torah portion (thanks mom for the inspiration!).

Favorites Friday – Salmon,  Pomegranate Quinoa Salad,  Pomegranate Cheesecake

Single Dish Saturday – Penne With Butternut Squash and Sage, Homemade Sourdough Breadsticks

Seafood Sunday – Grilled Tilapia, Green Beans and Cheese, Roasted Red Potatoes
